This charter explains the format that official Nemesis matches are done in.  It's used when characters fight each other and against NPC's and is pretty badass.
 
One line of IC must be gathered to show that your intended opponent is RPing in the room.  Nothing obviously OOC like 'lol' or something like that.  Then, you do your strike.  ::Attacks him or her:: (NC strike on (Target SN) by (Your SN).  Match Type.  Time / Date.  Your dice.  Any enhancers / modifiers / etc)
 
After this, roll your dice, then prompt the target to state their dice and respond with their attack.  Then, you state the scoreboard, and proceed with the match.  Show the score after each person's attack so that the most current score is evident.  There is no honor strike.  Hit points are the person's dice x 2. 
 
You are allowed to call in help and these can get pretty much unlimitedly big.  Basically, when it is your turn you can give up that turn and state for the log (calling in [target sn]).  At this point, the proctor of the match instructs the person being called in to state dice and make their attack.  Then, the SB is posted with that person placed after the one that called them in and it moves onto the next person.  Please be specific as to who you are attacking in mass matches as things can get complicated.
 
Anyone can be called in for assistance, even if they aren't in Nemesis City.  This rule is in place so that people can have fun and try the system out before deciding if they want to join.  However, non members who participate in NC matches are dice capped at 4d80 with no enhancers and such.  If deaths happen to occur then it is noted on the site and applied to their rezz count should they apply at a later time.
 
That's about it!  Now for a few examples.  The following is a simple 1 vs 1 match without enhancers or modifiers.
