I restarted Nemesis City as a forum to provide a laid back RP environment for people to have some fun with, as most of the 4D forums these days are either inactive or too uptight while offering very little to compensate for all of the rules.  This is a dice forum where, if you are in character you can be attacked at any time.  However, your character can only be killed in these matches if they occur in designated chat rooms that are listed on the web site.   We are heavily combat based although I will attempt to provide storylines for people to use their imaginations and have fun with.
 
These things will be explained in the charters.  I try to keep the typing to a minimum because a lot of charters are long, boring to read and don't really explain things well.  The rules are pretty much based on my judgement call.  Whatever I think is best.  It sounds bad, but really I've RP'd over ten years and found that the heads of the most popular forums are corrupt as shit... so I am just saying what they won't put on their sites.  I really don't care if people complain or put me on blacklists, cause I just do my own thing anyway.
 
There aren't a lot of rules.  I don't care if you cuss.  I don't care how violently you RP.  The super evil Satan stuff is a bit cliche these days but if you had fun with it that's cool.  You don't have to RP out anything you don't want to and I won't try to make you accept any attacks that you feel cross the line.. but please don't cry to me about it.  If roleplay traumatizes you I think you are kind of a puss. 
 
I am generally pretty chill about dice transfers.  I personally think most of the high dice these days haven't really been earned, with too much HC pay and stuff.  But, it's just the way things are.  I am not concerned with alliances because I don't think whether or not I get along with someone who runs a forum is relevant as to whether or not your dice have been earned.  I'll probably give you an audit transfer unless it's really fucking retarded.
 
This brings up another note.. whether or not your dice can be used in Nemesis will be shown on the roster.  Even though this isn't a guild, the roster is kind of formatted like one.  Everyone is listed along with all relevant forum information.  If your character is listed as 4D98 on the web site then it is valid.  If you happen to get a transfer slip or a dice upgrade before I get a chance to update the website then you can use that.
